This complex I consider, to be one of the best that I deal with (which also includes the owners). Recently the complex has won an award for the gardens/pool and the general upkeep. The Turkish man who looks after this site also puts in the effort to help the owners. Murat lives on site and ALWAYS makes himself available. Issues on this complex? There are none. Some properties are occupied all the year round by British.
The apartment itself is a Duplex (two floors).
1st Floor: Two large double bedrooms (one en-suite), both fully furnished & each with balconies. On this floor is the main bathroom fitted with a shower & Jacuzzi.

Mavisehir: This duplex is a very short distance from the seafront, Mavisehir is well know for its spectacular sunsets. Locally during the summer there is a 24 hour Bazaar in operation (dodgy jeans & tee shirts) along with original organic fruit & veg. Plenty of bars/restaurants/shops all within walking distance, a “hassle free zone”.
