I have dealt with many Lawyers in this area & they all seem to operate differently, maybe because some have a vested interest in the agency or the building company.
If (and it’s only an if) that was the case then that would be illegal in the UK.
Contracts: Contracts so vary in price here, from £100 to £1,000, then in some cases they can turn out to be worthless. NEVER do a contract in an agents or builders office. You MUST go to a Lawyers Office & if required then have the contract Notarized.
We feel now that we have acquired an honest, diligent & professional Turkish Lawyer, this Lawyer is also a Notary Translator, therefore there is no language barrier for you to deal with. She is open about her charges & has given us her price list, of course, like everything in Turkey someone can do it cheaper but she does it right!

N.B. Some of these ‘tasks’ will also need to be Notarized, the Notary costs are not included in this price list. Notary prices vary according to each document.
